Talent advisor
First, you will speak to the Talent Advisor for around 30-minutes. This is a chance for us to confirm you're a match for our role, as well as for you to find out more about us.
Hiring manager
Next, you will speak to the hiring manager for around 45-minutes online via teams so you can get to know each other a little better and confirm your fit for our role.
In-person meeting
Then, you will be invited into our Head Office, for various meetings with key people across the business. This in-depth meeting may last up to 2 hours (for technical roles, there may also be an assessment for you to complete).
Feedback/onboarding
Finally, you will receive feedback from the hiring manager, and if you've powered through successfully, we'll plug you into char.gy on-boarding process.
